Turnaround

The turnaround clock starts once we have your complete intake, and it pauses while we are waiting on you (answers, files, access or approvals).

3. Preview: We send your signature design for review.
4. Revisions: You get 1 revision round, then we send the final signature and install guide.

After you order, we send you an intake form. Here is what it asks, so you can get your answers ready:

• Names, titles and phone numbers for each person
• Logo file
• Brand colors
• Website and social links
• Banner text and link (optional)
• Mail apps you use (Gmail, Outlook desktop or web, Apple Mail, phone)
