RETURN POLICY
At Solved IT Services, we strive to provide our customers with reliable and high-quality IT solutions and support services. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a 30-day service and product support guarantee where applicable.
Within 30 days of delivery or service activation, Solved IT Services may provide a refund for eligible new, unused, or unopened products/services, excluding shipping or processing charges. Customers must obtain return authorization before returning any item or requesting a refund by contacting our support team through our website:
If an incorrect, defective, or damaged item/service was provided due to an error on our part, Solved IT Services will cover the applicable return or replacement shipping costs where necessary.
Refunds are generally processed within 2–4 weeks. This timeframe includes:
- Return transit time
- Product/service verification
- Refund processing by payment providers
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
If a customer wishes to receive a replacement instead of a refund for an incorrect or defective item, Solved IT Services will arrange replacement delivery using an upgraded shipping or electronic delivery method whenever possible.
All subscriptions require a 30-day cancellation notice and are generally non-refundable once activated.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Agreement Term & Termination
This agreement remains active until the expiration, cancellation, or renewal of your subscription or service plan.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription during its active term; however, all outstanding charges must be paid before cancellation becomes effective.
One-Month Subscriptions
Subscriptions with a monthly term may be canceled anytime without additional cancellation fees.
Multi-Month or Annual Subscriptions
If a subscription is canceled within the first 30 days after activation or renewal:
- No refunds will be issued for the first 30 days
- Charges for the remaining unused term may be waived at our discretion
If cancellation occurs later during the subscription period:
- Remaining subscription balances may still apply
- No partial refunds will be provided for unused periods
Store Credits
For selected services or software subscriptions, Solved IT Services may provide store credit for unused portions instead of monetary refunds.

ELECTRONIC DELIVERY
For software licenses, digital products, subscriptions, or downloadable services, Solved IT Services will verify that the product/license has not been activated, misused, or tampered with before approving any refund request.
Once verification is successfully completed, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
