How booking works

After checkout, we email you to ask for your preferred day and time. A technician confirms your session and connects remotely at the scheduled time. Sessions run over AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Quick Assist or Zoom.

• Sessions are booked within business hours.
• The session is attended: you watch, and you can end it at any time.
• You’ll accept the Remote Session Consent below before the session starts.
• Please back up important files before the session.

Booking questions

After you order, we email you a few questions along with the scheduling request. Here is what we ask, so you can get your answers ready:

• Email provider
• Devices (Windows, Mac, iPhone or Android)
• Email address (we never ask for passwords on the form)
• Preferred dates and times (3 options)
• Phone number for the session
• Remote-session consent accepted (checkbox)

Remote Session Consent

By booking this service, you authorize a Solved IT Services technician to connect to your computer remotely for the scheduled session, using the tool you choose: AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Quick Assist or Zoom. You agree to:

• Be present at your computer for the entire session.
• Let us work only on the task you purchased. We won’t access, view or change anything else.
• Back up any important files before the session.

You can end the session at any time. We’ll confirm your session time and tool by email. Sessions run Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific time.
