What we can help with
- Order questions: order status, receiving your license email, or changes to an order.
- Delivery not received: Contact our support team and we’ll fix it. Email or call us with your order number. You can also check your spam, junk or promotions folder.
- Installation and activation: step-by-step help installing and activating your Microsoft software.
- Activation errors, “key already in use”, the wrong version or a Mac/PC mismatch: Contact our support team and we’ll fix it. Email or call us with your order number and a screenshot of the error.
- Returns and refunds: Contact our support team and we’ll fix it. Tell us what’s wrong first. If we can’t resolve it, our refund policy applies. Refunds are processed promptly; banks typically post them within 5–10 business days. To be eligible, products must be new and unused, not misused or tampered with.
- Choosing the right product: not sure which version or edition fits your PC or Mac, or your business? Ask before you buy. Windows and Mac versions can be separate listings.
