The turnaround clock starts once we have your complete intake, and it pauses while we are waiting on you (answers, files, access or approvals).

4. Revisions: You get 1 revision round.

After you order, we send you an intake form. Here is what it asks, so you can get your answers ready:

• Store URL and platform
• Product list with specs (CSV upload)
• Brand voice
• Claims you can’t make
• Target keywords
• Feed requirements (Google, Amazon or other)

One-time services: full refund if you cancel before work starts; 50% refund if you cancel after the first draft is delivered; no refund after you approve the final version.
