Turnaround

• 1 page: 3 business days
• Up to 5 pages: 5–7 business days
• Up to 10 pages: 7–10 business days
• Each revision round adds 2 business days
• DNS propagation is not counted

The turnaround clock starts once we have your complete intake, and it pauses while we are waiting on you (answers, files, access or approvals).

How it works

1. Order: Choose your package and any extra pages.
2. Intake: Fill in the intake form and upload your logo, photos and any content you already have.
3. Preview: We build your site on a private preview site and send a private preview link to your sign-off contact.
4. Revisions: You get 2 revision rounds on the preview.
5. Launch: Once your sign-off contact approves, we launch the site on your domain. Bugs are fixed free for 14 days after launch.

Intake form

After you order, we send you an intake form. Here is what it asks, so you can get your answers ready:

• Business name, industry and service area
• The pages you want and the purpose of each
• Your main call to action (call, book, quote or buy)
• 3 example or competitor sites you like
• Brand colors, fonts and logo file (no logo yet? add Logo Design)
• Services or products, and the prices to show
• Testimonials
• Photos to upload
• Domain: your registrar, who owns the registrar login, and your current email provider (so your email keeps working)
• Legal pages: you supply the text, or we use a generator template with a “not legal advice” disclaimer
• Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager: your existing IDs, or we create new ones in your account
• Where form emails should go, and your spam protection preference (reCAPTCHA, honeypot or none)
• Accessibility needs and industry rules (for example healthcare, legal, finance or alcohol)
• Image rights: confirmation that you own or have a license for every image you send us
• Sign-off contact: the one person who approves drafts and launch
• Contact details, opening times and social links to show on the site
• Anything that must not appear on the site
