Leftover Office versions and old licenses can stop a new Office from installing or activating. In a scheduled remote session, a technician removes them cleanly and, if you have it, installs your new Office. One computer per order.

How booking works

After checkout, we email you to ask for your preferred day and time. A technician confirms your session and connects remotely at the scheduled time. Sessions run over AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Quick Assist or Zoom.

• Sessions are booked within business hours.
• The session is attended: you watch, and you can end it at any time.
• You’ll accept the Remote Session Consent below before the session starts.
• Please back up important files before the session.

Booking questions

After you order, we email you a few questions along with the scheduling request. Here is what we ask, so you can get your answers ready:

• Old Office version(s) installed
• New Office product (if any)
• Windows or Mac, and the version
• Preferred dates and times (3 options)
• Phone number for the session
• Remote-session consent accepted (checkbox)

Remote Session Consent

By booking this service, you authorize a Solved IT Services technician to connect to your computer remotely for the scheduled session, using the tool you choose: AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Quick Assist or Zoom. You agree to:

• Be present at your computer for the entire session.
• Let us work only on the task you purchased. We won’t access, view or change anything else.
• Back up any important files before the session.

You can end the session at any time. We’ll confirm your session time and tool by email. Sessions run Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific time.
